We are investigating network connectivity issues for instances in the US-EAST-1 Region.

Network connectivity problems with Amazon's USEAST continue, we have failed over all Amazon processing to the Encoding.com private cloud and other Amazon EC2 zones. Processing the backlog of content now. All new jobs will be processed as normal.
